A house in SE17, a very quiet & peaceful area. We’ve got a private garden out front. It has two double bedrooms, very spacious with storage in one of the rooms. Spacious living room with a large storage & space for a dining table as well. It has a patio door that opens up into the garden too. The kitchen’s big enough for a dining table as well & also has its own big storage.

As for the local area, as mentioned, it’s very quiet and peaceful (Southwark Council). There’s a park with a playground near us that has been opened recently. We’re a minute walk away from John Ruskin Street which has the primary school & Walworth Road is a 5 minute walk away, giving us access to the well-known East Street Market. Both Kennington Station & Elephant & Castle are a 10 minute walk away.

The only reason I’m looking for a house swap is because my two kids are grown now & need their own rooms & cannot share a room.

I am looking for a three-bedroom Southwark council house or flat with a sitting room in a small building in SE17 or SE1. I would also consider SE5 depending on the location. The main important thing is that it is within Southwark council.
