We can pay a deposit without assistance. We are currently renting privately for £750 pcm. We have never missed or been late with a payment. My credit score is 962 out of 999 and we have no debt. We have lived here since April 2023, and our landlord will provide a positive reference. We want something we can live in for many, many years. No flats. Up to £700 per month. £750 if the property is exeptional. |
