I have a lovely 2 bedroom ground floor flat with two gardens, my flat is a modern clean building with an electric hot water system, very small front and large back private gardens, two medium-sized bedrooms, a large living room, a large kitchen, one storage space and a compact built-in laundry space in the bathroom for both washing and drying machine. All essentials are very nearby, transport, schools, shops and groceries. I'm an honest and serious swapper and hope to find someone who is seriously looking to swap.

I'm looking for a 2 bedroom or 1 bedroom with a large kitchen that's separate from the living room, flats are okay as long as they have a lift and areas I'm mainly interested in are Maida Vale, Paddington and St Johns Wood, but will consider other areas about 1 hour to Central London as long as it's a nice and safe areas and has good transport towards centreal London.
