I live in Glebe Road, N8 which is a lovely green area just a 5-10 minute walk from Crouch End and 5 minutes to Hornsey rail station.

The neighbourhood is incredibly peaceful, with respectful and friendly neighbours, it’s in an affluent area with well kept properties and pavements. I’m located in the catchment area for some excellent primary schools, including a few rated as outstanding.

The property is a maisonette with the bathroom and 1 bedroom upstairs and 1 bedroom, living room and kitchen downstairs. It’s officially listed as a 1-bedroom but it does have an additional box room with a large window that fits a single bed, making it ideal as an extra bedroom, nursery, or office space. I have a back garden door the leads on to a very large landscaped private back garden for sole use perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

I’m also on the list for a new kitchen and bathroom which should be done within the next year or so.

As much as I love this home, it's become a bit overcrowded as I now need some help from my family. I’m not in a rush to move, but I would be open to relocating within the next six months if the right opportunity comes up.

I’m looking to relocate north towards Barnet, Hertfordshire, Potters bar, Enfield, Chestnut, Waltham abbey, Chingford, Epping and so on, the property will need to have a garden as I have 2 cats.
