LIVING ROOM is very large & bright with sliding doors that leads to a private balcony which can fit , table & chairs & storage.
BATHROOM is a nice size with a bath & shower.
KITCHEN is bright with room for a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, cooker & tall fridge freezer.
GARDEN is a large shared but nobody uses it.
MY RENT is £139.88 a week, This includes water rates, gardener & housekeeping for the outside corridor.
Our area is called Chapel it is very quiet. it is close to the river, ocean village, shops, doctors & town is a 10 minute walk.
PETS are allowed.
PARKING permits only which you will receive for free with the property.

WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR
I am looking for a 3 bedroom house or a 2 bedroom that can be adapted due to being overcrowded. Southampton only
