Your room has a varnished oak floor and is fully furnished: brand new fridge, microwave, electric radiator, bed and wardrobe, leather sofa,  glass-topped coffee table, chair, corner unit, full length mirror. Please do NOT bring your own furniture.

Shared kitchen and bathroom. All bills included. Free Wi-Fi. Free on-street parking. You will have privacy and will be encouraged to make yourself at home. House cleaned professionally EVERY week.

Q. Does the room have an en-suite bath/shower/toilet?

A. Not at this price. En-suite would cost you £650 in this part of town. Your room contains new fridge and microwave.

£460 pm (one month in advance), plus £240 deposit = a total of £700 before you move in, then £460 each month thereafter. Direct Debit preferred. No admin fees to pay. 

We don't do monthly part-paymen, half-payment, delayed payment, IOU, deposit-as-rent payment.
