Large walled sunny courtyard garden plus a steep wilderness area. 

Off street parking available for household and there is a regular bus route nearby. 

I am a  professional artist and psychotherapist, live a quiet healthy lifestyle, enjoy the arts and outside activities. 

I  have 2 loving older cats so patience with animals is a must! As much as I love animals-sorry but no other pets will be considered. 

I am looking for people who like a comfortable homely home but appreciate the need for the house to be kept clean and tidy for the benefits of all occupants. I am  happy to occasionally cook, watch a movie or garden together. I'd like to think we'd be a little community and look out for each other. * Please note that the photos are from its time as a holiday home- it will have even more homely and artistic touches soon!
