I have a Beautiful 1 bed semi detached house in Bracklesham Bay , very sought after area . 10 mins walk to Bracklesham Beach and 2 mile's to West Wittering Sandy Beach .
A lovely community village , with everything you need in the village ie drs, dentist, alot of independent shops , coop, Tesco, butchers , cafes ect
My house is on a very small estate I'm in a little cul de sac with only 3 other neighbours.
There's my own parking space directly in front of my house in a designated parking bay . By a green area and path that leads out of the tiny waste and towards the community centre & beach.
A short walk is a lovely community centre where they do various activities for young and old .
Wild life reserve at the back of me .
Very quite area and most importantly it's safe.
Buses into Chichester city centre regularly, bus stop 5 min walk . Where your find the Beautiful Chichester city centre and Cathedral.
Train stain just across the road from the bus station . Will take you either directions to Portsmouth, Southsea, Bournemouth,
Arundel is not far as well as Bognor Regis , Selsey , Hayling island , Littlehampton , Worthing - All beautiful coastal areas .
London is also only an hour via train.
My house is the only one bed semi detached house on this tiny estate. I was the first to move into my house in 2019.
I since paid privately to have my back garden landscaped and moved my shed. It has the sun in the garden all day and moves round to the front.
The house has a nice hall way , kitchen/ lounge .
Downstairs storage cupboard and WC
Upstairs the bedroom is the full length of the house , with 4 windows , two front, one side and one back window so it's light & Airey .
Bathroom has over the bath shower .
The house has GCH and a water meter so you only pay for the water you use.
The lounge has patio doors leading out to a patio area of the large garden, which is fully enclosed with a gate entrance for access .
I've made the top end of the garden useful with another patio area for seats and a table , there is also a large shed.
Middle part is shingle . The garden is nice and easy maintenance.
Front is small lawn with flowers , easy to manage .

I'm looking for a preferably a 2 bed properly if under occupancy allows.
Ideally a bungalow or house.
I'm open to offers of all areas of Scotland but particularly interested in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Fife, Ayrshire, Aberdeen, Perth. However I will look at other areas if the home is what I like .
I will consider flats as long as nobody is above me , and there's my own personal.outside space.
No big high rises plse .
