Please read carefully:

•Rent is £149 weekly.

•This property is only 5 years old, and well-maintained.

•The kitchen is fully equipped with a built in fridge, built in cooker, bin storage and electrics (extractor fan, cooker vent).

•All rooms are larger than average, separate, and not open plan. Includes a large rear (individual) balcony which overlooks the private garden.

•Bedroom and living room also has floor to celling windows/doors. LOTS of natural light!

•Bathroom has bath/shower pipe fitted, large towel rails.

•Large private garden on the 1st floor which is accessed by residents only.

•Neighbours are friendly and quiet. Each floor has a secure doors which only permits residents of that floor to enter. Walls in home are well insulated, and does not let noise in from neighbouring properties.
