description	Hello, I'm a 39 year old single female, non-smoker with an exceptionally quiet lifestyle and have no pets. Looking for a 1 bed flat/house or studio in Bristol. Preferably BS3 but location flexible. I'm respectful and will take good care of the property and am always been extremely reliable with rent. Happy with furnished or unfurnished, my only main requirement is that it's quiet. I'm currently in receipt of UC as I had to take time away from work due to health issues. I am ready to return (I'm a business analyst/project manager), but unfortunately that is proving difficult from my current accommodation due to the noise during the day and the middle of the night, which is why I am looking for somewhere new. I have to give one month's notice on my flat but other than that I am looking to move as soon as possible.
