Who would love to live on the south coast? Near the sea in the beautiful Cathedral city of Chichester? If you have a spacious 1 (or 2) bed property with private garden or balcony, preferably a house conversion, in London or Surrey, about 30 miles around Surbiton, then you're in with a chance to move to the south coast, Chichester!

The flat in Chichester is in a lovely newbuild apartment on the 1st floor, with lifts. It has a v bright, airy and spacious double aspect, modern, open plan living, dining and kitchen area, with French doors leading off the living room onto a good size balcony. Freshly painted white throughout and with gorgeous wooden floorboards throughout too. The double bedroom has floor to ceiling windows and is carpeted. Theres a large bathroom and 2 storage cupboards in the hallway.

As you can see from the bedroom window, it's rolling countryside as far as the eye can see.

It's just a 5 min walk to the local High Street with supermarkets, shops, Drs etc and train station 15 mins walk.

Short drive or bus rides to Bognor Regis beach and Portsmouth. Easy access for weekends away or day trips to Cornwall, Dorset and Sussex countryside and beaches

This is part of a multiswap and the guy who lives there spends a lot of time in London with his partner, hence its still not really lived in. And why he wants to move to my flat in London. And I'm looking to move to Surrey or peaceful part of London.
