SPECIFICATION AS FOLLOWS
Kennel is 4ft X 4ft run area is 6ft wide X 4ft depth. Overall size 10ft wide X 4ft depth.
Framework 2in X 2in timber with double members at corners.
Boarding is 5/8 X 5in redwood tongued and grooved redwood timber.
Roof is stirling board with heavy duty mineral roofing felt over, all supported on 2in X 2in bearers.
There is a fascia board all around as shown to prevent the wind getting under the felt and lifting.
Floor is stirling board supported on 1 1/2 X 1 1/2 bearers
Door to kennel 47in X 29in wide hung on non rusting 12in tee hinges with a 6in non rusting tower bolt to secure.
Door to run 57in X 22in wide again hung on non rusting 12in tee hinges with a 6in non rusting tower bolt to secure. Run area raised off floor for easy cleaning or washing out.
Front of run and run door is clad with heavy duty galvanised dog mesh.
There is a sliding door between run area and kennel so either area can be sectioned off.
Height to front of building 5ft 1in height to back 4ft 5in.
All exterior surfaces and inside of run area treated with golden brown preservative stain.
This is a good quality new, hand made building made in my own workshop, and not mass produced.

This building is sectional but can be assembled for inspection, it comes complete with all fixings and roofing felt. Available for immediate collection or possible local delivery for the cost of fuel.
When dismantled it will fit into a transit size van or small trailer.
Other sizes and designs can be made to order.
These buildings can also be used as cat houses and also to house ferrets and giant rabbits
