Due to growth and major planned projects, we are recruiting for an experienced Workshop Fabricator to join a leading UK manufacturer of staircases, balconies and steel/ glass structures, based on the northern side of Nottingham, working DAYS!

This Workshop Fabricator role is a permanent position offering an hourly rate of £14-16.50 per hour dependent on experience working Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm with overtime available during busy periods. Key responsibilities will include:

High quality sheet metal fabrication work within a production environment and wider operations department

Fabrication and Welding of Mild Steel and Stainless Steel

Building Subcomponents using Jigs then fitting to pre-assembled machine skeletons

Working from manufacturing drawings

Working within a highly skilled and qualified welding team

We are keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:

Fully skilled in architectural metalwork fabrication

Ability to read engineering drawings accurately

Capable of welding/ fabricating mild steel and stainless steel

Ideally sheet metalwork experience and coded welding

Demonstrable experience of working to exceptionally high personal standards, taking pride in the quality of your work
