The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach to the role as well as a positive and can do attitude. Main Responsibilities Welding and fabrication in stainless steel material 1.0mm 12mm thickness including pipework/purge Work within a team, either in the main production area or if applicable on a client s site Be aware of all aspects including Health & Safety, Production, Inspection and Discipline. Maintain standards on safety, hygiene, discipline, attendance, and good time keeping. Skills Previous experience in welding & fabrication of stainless steel equipment Skills of both Tig & Synergic Mig welding Able to read & understand engineer drawings Understand tolerances & bend allowances Carry out a policy of quality engineering when working in the factory / on site Hours, pay & benefits Subsidised drinks and snacks are available from vending machines Annual Bonus based on Company Performance 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (increasing to 26 with service) Life Assurance Sick Pay Scheme Pension Scheme Workwear Staff Meals/Events 07:30 until 17:00 / Monday to Friday (with an early finish on Friday) GBP18.00 per hour
