We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Operator to manage daily operations at our client's site. This role focuses on streamlining processes, enhancing productivity, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Health & Safety: Ensure all tasks follow safety and quality guidelines.

* Efficiency: Work with the Operations Team to meet productivity and customer service targets.

* Safety Culture: Promote a safety-first mindset within the team.

* Operations Management: Oversee picking, loading, and stock management, ensuring smooth operations.

* General Duties: Carry out other tasks as needed, maintaining a clean safe working area.

Qualifications:

* Essential:

* Previous experience in a similar role

* Strong knowledge of health and safety

* Desirable:

* Health & Safety training

* Experience with forklifts, side loaders, and overhead cranes – training will be provided on these

* Experience with steel

Additional Duties:

* Assist with order picking, loading, and offloading

* Perform burn cutting (if trained)

* Maintain a clean work area

* Properly mark and wrap stock
