Ward Manager ( RMN ) or ( RGN )

Salary – GBP23.00 – GBP26.00 per hour depending on experience

Location – Haslemere

Hours – Permanent – Full Time

Shift Pattern – Mixed shifts required ( days nights and weekends on a rotational basis ) shifts will be 8 – 8

Summary

Appoint Healthcare are proud to partner with an extremely reputable leading national provider of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs. Together we are looking for an experienced deputy ward manager Registered Mental Health Nurse ( RMN Registered General Nurse ( RGN ) looking for a step up into a ward manager role or an experienced ward manager looking for a new challenge.

The service that you will be working in is a Mental Health hospital, you will be supporting men and women with physical and mental health needs, this service is commutable from Guildford.

Requirements

A relevant nursing qualification ( RMN ) or ( RGN ) A valid NMC registration with no restrictions or referralsEligibility to live and work in the UKStrong experience in managing a team, monitoring the ward and monitoring staff performance.A minimum of 3 years of experience as a nurse, in the UKA high level of self–motivation and a flexible approachA positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionateA commitment to high–quality care and to values and evidence–based practice
