Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and dedicated Van Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our team. This role involves daily trips between our stores and warehouse, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods. The successful candidate will also work in the warehouse, assisting with inventory management and operating a forklift (forklift license not required, but experience is a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company van for daily deliveries between warehouse and stores

• Load and unload goods accurately and efficiently at each destination

• Operate warehouse equipment, including a forklift (training provided if needed)

• Assist with stock management, including organizing and storing products

• Conduct regular vehicle checks and ensure the van is kept clean and in good condition

• Support other warehouse duties, such as picking, packing, and inventory counts

• Follow health and safety guidelines in both driving and warehouse operations

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Previous experience as a van driver or in a similar role

• Experience with forklift operation (license not required)

• Good physical fitness, as heavy lifting may be involved

• Excellent time management skills and reliability

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
