Right now, we are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse RGN / RMN / RNLD to develop their nursing career at our home located in Plymouth, Devon.

Our care home offers personalised elderly nursing care to vulnerable elderly people living with dementia and a range of mental health conditions

We are looking for a Registered nurse RGN / RGN or RNLD to come and join as part of our management team as a Unit Manager.

Requirements : Full eligibility to work and live in the UKPrevious leadership experienceAt least 2 years' experience working in a similar role or working in a nursing home as a Registered Nurse

Providing specialist nursing support and advice, taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence and supervising/coaching colleagues to provide a service that's unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
