Our clients a well known worldwide Financial Services company with a busy London office, are now expanding and seeking to appoint an experienced Corporate Services Trustee Senior Transaction Manager, this can be from banking or in a legal capacity.

You will have an excellent understanding of Trustee Transactions, along with solid knowledge of Securitisation/Structured Finance documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 year's experience within a similar role, be used to working with a complex portfolio of clients including security trustee note trustee and security agent services.

You will have the ability to not only manage the portfolio, but be able to add to it, through networking and business development.

Management of a small-medium sized team is essential, to oversee work, but also to mentor and train as required.

Liaising with external counsel on transactions, ensuring timely deliverance.

Manage all relationships with excellent professionalism, both verbal and written.
