Trainee/Sales Negotiator – Cheshunt

Basic Salary £27,000 Fixed Salary up to £100,000, Plus Commission after first £100K + Car Allowance

Our client based on busy high street in Cheshunt are looking for a Trainee/Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team. What’s involved:

* Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors, and associated estate agents

* Maintaining applicant database

* Negotiating offers

* Co-ordinating sales to completion

* Conduct effective accompanied viewings.
