Pear Recruitment – Trainee/Experienced Lettings Negotiator - Harrow

Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm, Saturday – 9am – 4pm (5.5-day week, day off in lieu every other week)

Salary - £20,000 – £25,000 (Depending on Experience) OTE £30,000-£40,000

Our client committed to delivering an outstanding service are looking for a Trainee/Experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their team based in Harrow. Duties will include, but not be limited to:

* You will be responsible for maintaining records on internal databases.

* Generate viewings and obtaining lets on properties

* Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone and walk- ins, in a professional manner.

* Conduct viewings with prospective tenants and following up on feedback.

Required Skills:

* experience working as a Negotiator is preferable.

* Excellent customer service skills.

* You must be highly driven and enthusiastic, with a proven ability to build strong professional relationships with clients.

* It would be beneficial to have a good knowledge of the local area.

* An up-to-date understanding of market trends, local property values and an awareness of the local competition.
