Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Starting Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 +

Bonus: Uncapped Commission (10-40%)

OTE: Year 1 £40k+ // Year 2 £65k+

Location: Bristol City Centre

Start dates: Flexible 2024

The Role:

Identifying leads & potential sales opportunities

Cold calling, sales and building your client base

Relationship building

Interviewing

Providing an unbeatable service for both clients and candidatesThe Opportunities:

Progression to our leadership and director level roles

Global opportunities as we grow & open new offices

Lucrative, uncapped commission structure

OTE Year 1: £40k

2023 top earnings for first year trainee: £150k+

Full training - no previous experience required

The Person:

Motivated to work in sales

Be able to show examples of being a high achiever and resilient-this could be in personal life, sport, education, work, or others!

Excellent communicator - you'll be on the phone, building relationship and selling
