Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Immediate Start – 25,282.40 basic – Plus monthly commission

Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our HGV Driving and industrial Divisions based in the heart of Worcester.

Pure Staff opened in 2009 as specialists in the HGV Driving and Industrial Recruitment sectors, the company has grown year on year since the company was founded in 2009. Due to the Growth of the business in 2024 we are now looking for an additional 4 x Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding both our Driving and Industrial teams!

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will be sales biased with a proven background of selling to new and existing businesses within a variety of different sectors, other sales back grounds will be considered.

Trainee Recruitment consultants are expected to work 42.5 hours per week paid in week 1 between the hours of (Apply online only) Monday to Friday with 1 hour's lunch per day (not paid). Week 2's working week is 34 hours per week, Monday to Thursday (Apply online only) – that's a 34 hour working week every other week at a full weeks pay! Please note all consultants will need to be flexible towards working hours due to the nature of the job. Salary for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant is 25,282.40 plus monthly commission following a successful probation period in your first 3 months! Progression and salary increases over time (based on performance) a realistic earning in your first year can lead to OTE of 27k+!
