The Impact Academy

The Impact Academy is our industry-leading training programme, designed to equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed as a Recruitment Consultant.

Your Role

In your first year, you will:

Source and interview candidates for both temporary and permanent positions.Create professional CV profiles for client marketing.Collaborate with our sales teams to place candidates.Meet weekly targets and KPIs set by your manager.Earn commission for your hard work and achievements from day one.

Support and Mentorship

You'll receive ongoing support from your team manager, our expert training team, and a dedicated mentor. Learn from some of the best in the business as you grow in your role and develop your skills.

What Comes Next?

After completing your first year, you'll transition to a Sales Desk, with advanced training in:

Business DevelopmentNegotiating MarginsSafeguardingHandling Difficult ConversationsCustomer Service and Time Management
