We are seeking an outstanding university graduate to join our team as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant—someone whose work ethic, ambition, and track record of success places them in the top 1% of the talent pool.

What will your day to day include?

* Sourcing and Headhunting: Identify and engage passive candidates through targeted searches, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, networking events, and industry-specific databases.

* Candidate Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with potential candidates, gaining insight into their career aspirations and skill sets to build a strong talent pipeline.

* Interviewing and Screening: Conduct detailed interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and alignment with specific client needs.

* CRM Management and Data Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information within the CRM system, tracking interactions, updating statuses, and ensuring a streamlined recruitment process and effective talent pipeline management.
