Job Title - Trainee Insurance Advisor

Salary - 19k - 22k in your first year, with excellent progression!

Location - Maidenhead

We're working with a successful mortgage and protection company in Maidenhead, voted Firm of the Year, who are looking for a Trainee Insurance Advisor to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or those who have completed their A-Levels and are looking for a great opportunity to start your career in financial services!

The company have won awards for their academy scheme - you will be provided with full training and support to progress within the growing team, where they will progress you into a Protection Advisor (higher salary + great rates of commission once qualified!)

Some Duties for the Trainee Insurance Advisor;

Completing administration of personal protection applications from start to finishConducting fact findsBooking appointments in with the advisorsReaching out to existing clients to generate new businessTaking daily direction and guidance from the Protection AdvisorsSkills required for the Trainee Insurance Advisor;

Educated to undergraduate degree or A-LevelGreat verbal and written communicationConfident and polite telephone manner - much of the role will involve speaking to clientsEmpathy - you'll deal with sensitive medical information so you'll need to have a high level of patience and understandingIf you want to become a Trainee Insurance Advisor and you hold the relevant skills, please apply!
