Your responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant Proactively sourcing candidates - you'll build relationships and a create a pipeline of qualified individuals for current and future job openings.Guiding candidates through the recruitment process - you'll assist candidates during interviews and ensure a smooth experience.Staying informed about industry trends - providing market insights and managing expectations.Generating new business - chasing leads, cold calling, conducting research and meeting new clients.Introducing candidates to clients - you'll represent candidates, schedule interviews, and offer relevant feedback.Ensuring a seamless recruitment process - your goal is successful placements for both clients and candidates.
