We have an exciting opportunity to join our client, a well-known name in their field, in their policies team.

Once trained, this role will see you speaking to customers who are wanting to make a change to their policies. You will provide outstanding customer service making the process as easy as possible for them and then handle all administration that follows.

Working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.Duties will include:

Liaising with customers and third parties via telephone, email and live chat

Completing all administration for New Business, Mid-Term Adjustments, Renewals, Cancellations and Lapses policies.

Investigating data discrepancies and raising requests where necessary.

Handle any policy queries or concerns from internal colleagues.

Working closely with team members to ensure overall team success.Ideal candidate will:

Have great interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong long-lasting client relationships

Have a positive and enthusiastic approach to work

Keen on self-development with the willingness and want to learn

Good computer, literacy and numeracy skills

Office experience and use of a telephone in a professional setting is desirableRefer a friend and earn a retail voucher worth up to £500!
