Silver and Bow are seeking an exceptional and experienced Butler to join a fully staffed household in Marylebone, working for a high-profile European family who have recently relocated to London. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a brand-new team during a transformative period for the family.

We are looking for a polished, poised, and service-focused professional who can deliver impeccable service while maintaining a calm, approachable, and positive demeanour. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks, ranging from front-of-house responsibilities to managing wardrobes, arranging flowers, running errands, as well as occasional driving when needed.

Duties to include:

• Warmly welcoming guests and offering refreshments

• Driving the principals within London as needed

• Setting and serving formal dining tables, including Silver Service during events

• Managing household maintenance checks and coordinating with other staff

• Anticipating the family’s needs by learning and adapting to their preferences

• Light housekeeping duties to assist housekeepers when needed

• Running errands and overseeing ad hoc shopping trips

• Performing light maintenance when required

• Traveling with the family, primarily within Europe, as part of the household team

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A strong understanding of etiquette and high-end service

• Expertise in the care of delicate materials, including silver, china, antiques, and fine garments

• The ability to stay calm and composed under pressure while maintaining a relaxed and pleasant environment

• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail

• A high degree of honesty, loyalty, and discretion

• At least 5+ years of professional Butler or similar experience

• Confidence and capability in driving

• A ‘can-do’ attitude, willing to assist with any additional duties as needed, including preparing the property for the family’s arrival
