We have registered an exciting opportunity for dynamic, organised, and proactive individuals to work for this innovative local client in a temporary HR administration capacity.

Please note, this role is not for the fainthearted it is incredibly busy and fast paced! Our client is seeking a superstar HR Administrator to assist with a range of operational tasks.

This role is to satrt ASAP for 6 months intitially.

It will be critical for you to work independently, tenaciously, and ambitiously, and you will already possess the commerciality and business acumen to vary your communication styles depending on the audience this is a very visible position!

The hours of work are (Apply online only) Monday to Friday these are not flexible, so please only apply if you can commit to full time working.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start immediately, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

Temporary HR Administrator Responsibilities

Answering routine day to day HR queries from both the UK and International workforceUsing the internal HR Portal to find answers relating to HR policies, Benefits and Compensation and Employee Lifecycle TransactionsCo-ordination of training sessionsCollation, auditing, and processing data into various HR systemsProviding ad hoc project administration support Temporary HR Administrator Rewards

Temporary HR Administrator Requirements

Previous experience in HR administrationProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams)Workday system experience preferredHighly organized and able to manage a busy and varied workloadFirst class communication skillsSelf-motivated and self-reliant Location
