As a Telesales Representative, you will be highly motivated with great customer service skills to support all requests from customers calling, with a high volume of customers generated by the telesales team, you will need to be organised and ensure all customers are dealt with completely.

General responsibilities:

Deal with all finance applications, making sure they are completed correctly.Take deposits from customers making sure there details given are correct.Booking qualified appointments for all dealerships.Grow your knowledge of the products and brands so that you can be more effective with customer questions.Smash all sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.To be considered you must have:

1-year minimum previous experience in a telesales, preferably also motor trade experience but not essential.Great communication skills.Strong negotiation and objection-handling ability.Works well under pressure.A great eye for detail.A proper petrol head with a passion to learning about our vehiclesThis role offers you:
