Office Based - Manufacturer Renewable Heating

Based Chesterfield

Are you a Gas Engineer, Heat Pump Engineer, Refrigeration Engineer, Air Conditioning Engineer, HVAC Engineer or Electrical Engineer looking for an office-based role?The Role:

A European Manufacturer of Renewable Heating products which include; Ground Source Heat Pumps, Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar, Cylinders & Heat Recovery heating solutions, are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their team.

Based in their Chesterfield HQ, you will provide technical support on our range of renewable heating products to engineers, installers, consultants and third parties predominantly over the phone.

Your Experience:

A customer focused Gas Engineer, Plumber, Refrigeration Engineer, Air Conditioning Engineer, HVAC Engineer or Electrical Engineer, with a knowledge or understanding of heating systems.

Technically minded individual, capable of interpreting and understanding technical data and drawings.

You will also possess good communication skills, comfortable and able to deal with clients by phone, together with basic computer skills and be able to work on your own initiative in a busy environment.

Full product training will be provided to those with a technical or engineering background and who fill the necessary criteria.

Hours & Remuneration

08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday

Competitive salary to £28-35k
