Taylor Higson are a market leading recruitment business specialising in the print and packaging industry. Due to continued growth and successive new business wins, we’re now on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated Technical Talent Resourcer to join our growing Technical division.

Working closely with our Technical Recruitment Director, you’ll assist in identifying and sourcing a vast array of candidates for permanent vacancies spanning from printer operators, print finishers and machine setters through to engineers and senior management professionals across the UK and Europe, for some of the industries most prestigious and highly reputable businesses.

We’re ideally looking for someone with experience of recruitment within other FMCG markets of technical and production i.e. engineering / manufacturing, who is keen to learn a new industry.

The Role:

* Identifying, targeting and approaching top technical talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, existing CRM system candidates, referrals, etc.).

* Pre-screening candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for a vast array of vacancies.

* Managing our CRM system and ensuring accurate records are maintained.

* Building and maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients.

* Assisting with interview scheduling and client communication.

* Keeping up to date with industry trends, particularly within the engineering side of print, to better understand client needs and candidate availability.

The Person:

* Experience gained within recruitment as a resourcer/headhunter, ideally within another FMCG market i.e. manufacturing / production / engineering.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* An easy-going person with a friendly, professional demeanour.

* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

* A proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individual.

* Familiarity with recruitment CRM systems, job boards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
