£26,000 - £28,000 plus 23 days holiday plus BH, + gift incentives, social events, foodie Fridays, pool table and games!!!

Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm with 3.30pm finish on Fridays

We are currently seeking a Technical Customer Service Advisor to join our client's dynamic team in the entertainment industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and provide support to customers worldwide. Responsibilities:

Handle technical phone calls and emails from customers across the globe.

Assist customers with warranty claims, ensuring efficient resolution and customer satisfaction.

Manage stock and rotation in the warehouse, ensuring all products are compliant with regulations.

Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.Requirements:

Previous experience in technical customer service is essential.

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle complex technical issues.

A huge interest in technology and electronic entertainment systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.

Ability to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
