The Customer Advisor is ideally someone with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, possessing strong problem-solving skills, and a keen attention to detail. They should thrive in a collaborative team environment and have a background or interest in automotive or Motorsport industries, ideally with experience in vehicle data analysis or testing.

The Role:

Provide timely and effective support to customers.Collaborate with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and assist in continuous product improvement.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.

The Person:

Strong interpersonal skills.Fluent in FrenchBackground in Customer ServiceRelevant education in automotive engineering or motorsport engineeringFull clean UK driving license.
