This role is essential to ensuring smooth project operations, including document management, meeting coordination, and collaboration oversight. Key Responsibilities Support & Coordination: Serve as the primary technical administrator, coordinating documentation, reviews, and updates for the Nuclear Defence site.Scheduling & Document Control: Schedule and organise meetings, manage the review tracker matrix, and control document transmittal's.Technical Secretary Duties: Record and draft meeting minutes, facilitate document transmission, and support engineering task documentation.Collaborative Process Management: Oversee and monitor the Collaborative Working process, ensuring optimal usage across teams.Systems Management: Provide access support for program systems, including SharePoint, Teams, and Meridian.Reporting: Regularly report progress, updates, and any issues to Engineering Team management.Requirements Security Clearance: Candidates must possess active SC Clearance to be considered.Skills: Proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, and Meridian preferred; strong organisational and communication skills are essential.Benefits Competitive Rate: 23.67 per hour, paid via Umbrella PAYE.Hybrid Flexibility: A mix of remote and on-site working.Career Growth: Opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative technical environment on a long-term contract.If you have the required SC Clearance and experience in technical administration, we invite you to apply.
