We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Line Team Leader to oversee the manufacturing operations for our FMCG client based in Tonbridge. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain high–quality standards, and lead a team of production workers. This role requires strong leadership skills, a focus on safety and quality, and the ability to drive continuous improvement within the production environment.

Due to the location you will need to be able to drive and have your own transport to get to the site.

This is a temporary to permanent vacancy for the right candidates.

The hours are 7.30am to 6pm but some flexibility is needed to meet the demands of the business. You will be put on a shift rota that will include weekend working.

Rate of Pay is dependent on experience.
