Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Location: Hackney, E8 | Pay: £94 - £105 per day | Contract: Temp to Perm | Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

We are looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our primary school in Hackney. This role offers a great opportunity to support young learners in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist the teacher in delivering lessons.

Provide support to pupils individually and in groups.

Manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive interactions.

Help prepare learning materials and maintain an organised classroom.

Ensure pupil safety during lessons and activities.

Support pupils with special educational needs (SEN).

Communicate with parents and staff to support pupil development.

Qualifications:

Experience with children is desirable but not essential.

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Patience, empathy, and a commitment to pupil success.

Dedication to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
