Teaching Assistant (Part-Time)

Prenton, Wirral

£12.83 - £15 per hour (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

Immediate Start - Ongoing

The School and Role

This welcoming primary school in Prenton are looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support in a Year 2 class on a part-time basis. The role will start immediately with a working pattern of 3 days per week and is ongoing until the end of the academic year, with the intention of the role becoming permanent in July 2025 for the right candidate. The school were graded as 'Good' at their last Ofsted inspection in December 2021 and their curriculum is designed to inspire and motivate pupils and is enhanced through the numerous trips that they offer to pupils to support their learning journey.

Requirements

The desired Teaching Assistant will have;

Experience of working with primary school aged children

A passion for the progress of primary school pupils

An ability to work as part of a team

Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
