Job Description

An exciting role for a Senior/Principal Engineer to apply integration and validation expertise in advanced defence systems. You'll be responsible for planning and conducting tests at various locations, both in labs and field environments (UK, Poland, USA). This role includes functional testing, equipment qualification, and system verification, ensuring high standards and problem resolution throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Leading hands-on system testing in lab and field environments.Planning and managing system validation activities, working with cross-functional teams.Collaborating with external stakeholders, including customers and suppliers, to deliver the system to the end user.Problem-solving and providing technical support during equipment testing.Supporting international trials, particularly in Poland and the USA.Job Requirements:

Experience in planning and conducting system tests, ideally in defence products.Knowledge of design proving, verification, and system integration.Ability to work independently and lead small teams during test activities.Willingness to travel and work on international sites.Benefits:
