Sushi and Japanese food bar/takeaway in Purley (a 2-minute walk from the train station and local busses, easy connection to Croydon, Coulsdon, Caterham, Central and South London) looking for an experienced sushi chef to join their team. This job is for somebody with previous proven experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry. The candidate must show familiarity with different sushi styles, the ability to handle and prepare raw fish and seafood safely and responsibly. Must be fully flexible including work on Friday and Saturday evenings if necessary and hold a valid UK work permit.
