Are you a Surveyor or Valuer from a Commercial Rental or similar background looking for a varied and specialist role within a multi–million turnover Commercial Property Consultancy who pride themselves on ongoing development of staff and offer a progression structure right through to Directorship?

This well–established company are a Property Consultancy working with a broad network of Commercial clients across the UK, primarily in the South West with. They have seen continual growth to the point they have 70 staff across 4 offices and due to an ever increasing workload they are looking to grow their friendly team.

In this dynamic role you will be working on a range of commercial projects around the South West as you undertake lease advisory, commercial rental valuations and negotiations with landlords and tenants. You will take on a portfolio of 20/30 projects at one time as you work within a tight–knit team of 5 and liaise with other departments and senior leadership.

This role would suit a Surveyor / Valuer or similar from a Lease Advisory / Commercial Rental background looking to join a leading company who offer a bonus and share options to increase your earnings.

The Role:
