Setsquare Recruitment are looking for a suveyor working on reponsive repairs and empty homes in the North East.

This is ongoing work for a property surveyor working in Newcastle and the North East.

You'll be a customer service focused surveyor with similar experience working for a housing association or council delivering repairs and empty homes works.

Your primary role will involve carrying out damp and repair inspections in tenanted properties and arranging appropriate works.

You'll need a full driving licence, good people skills and the ability to work in a team.

Pay is 24.50 PAYE (inlcuding holiday pay) OR 28 umbrella per hour
