Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide assistance with various daily activities for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for offering support with cleaning, companionship, laundry, ironing, shopping, personal care, and changing clothes. The Support Worker will work closely with clients to ensure their comfort and well-being, while promoting independence and maintaining a high standard of care.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with cleaning and household chores

- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

- Help with washing, ironing, and other laundry tasks

- Accompany clients on shopping trips and run errands as needed

- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing

- Help clients with changing clothes and maintaining personal hygiene

- Observe and report any changes in clients' health or behavior

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a similar role or relevant caregiving experience

- Compassionate and patient attitude

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy

- Knowledge of basic personal care and hygiene practices

- Willingness to undergo background checks and relevant training
