Job Title: Supply Chain Planner

Location: Preston/Burnley/Darwen

Salary: c£27k to £30k

As a Supply Chain Planner joining our established manufacturing operation, you will play a vital role in optimising our production planning and ensuring seamless coordination between our planning, production, and customer service teams.

The Experience Required:

* Food manufacturing or similar manufacturing experience.

* Strong ERP system knowledge (SAP, Oracle etc.).

* MRP systems planning tools experience.

* Strong project management skills.

The Role/Responsibilities:

* Drive and maintain production scheduling systems to maximise efficiency.

* Create and manage structured production schedules that optimise capacity and labour resources.

* Monitor and control work-in-progress levels to support production efficiencies.

* Collaborate with production and sales teams to identify and resolve potential scheduling challenges.

* Coordinate with purchasing department to ensure timely material availability.

* Participate in regular production standard reviews and maintain accurate planning data.

* Oversee production tracking systems and maintain shift calendars.
