Supplier Relationship Coordinator (French/Italian Speaking)

Location: Dover

Industry: Logistics

Contract: Perm

Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5pm, plus occasional extended hours to meet company deadlines.

Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum, dependent on experience (DOE)

Our client is seeking a fluent French or Italian-speaking Supplier Relationship Coordinator to join their Logistics team to enhance their supplier partnerships. The successful candidate will bring a customer-focused mindset and experience in managing supplier relationships, helping to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including negotiating contracts and resolving any issues that may arise

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services

Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to improve overall efficiency and quality

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to supplier management

Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications:

Fluency in French or Italian (mandatory)

Strong background in customer service with a proactive communication style

Experience in a logistics environment is advantageous but not required

Proven ability to foster and maintain productive relationships

Willingness to occasionally travel to supplier sites as needed
