Job: Supervisor

Area: Loughton

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 + van & fuel card

Role: Supervisor

My client a leading housing association are currently seeking a supervisor to come on board an look after a team of plumbers/damp & mould.

Duties include:

* Ensure all staff work effectively and productively as part of the team

* Liaising with Clients and Sub-contractors

* Pre & Post Inspections

* Health and safety inspection

* Tool box talks

* Maintain Health and Safety standards

* Programme work load

* Work with managers to ensure high quality service

Required:

* Trades or Repairs Surveying background

* Social housing experience

* Knowledge of plumbing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
