Job: Supervisor

Area: Loughton

Salary: 38,000 – 40,000 + van & fuel card

Role: Supervisor

My client a leading housing association are currently seeking a supervisor to come on board an look after a team of plumbers/damp & mould.

Duties include:

Ensure all staff work effectively and productively as part of the team Liaising with Clients and Sub–contractors Pre & Post Inspections Health and safety inspection Tool box talks Maintain Health and Safety standards Programme work load Work with managers to ensure high quality service Required:

Trades or Repairs Surveying background Social housing experience Knowledge of plumbing Job Type: Full–time

Pay: 38,000.00– 40,000.00 per year
