Our client is established Engineering Consultancy with offices that cover the whole the UK. They work across the design spectrum and work on a number of high end and prestigious projects and have been established nearly 40 years. They have worked on a number of prestigious projects, ranging from Retail, Leisure, Industrial, Education and Residential Projects.

Due to a round of internal promotions, they are currently seeking to appoint a motivated Engineer to join their busy North Yorkshire office and work within their Structures Team. They are looking for Degree qualified Candidates that have carried out some Structural steel Design on buildings, as the list of projects they have will enable you to hit the ground running

You will be working on developing leisure, commercial, education and industrial projects from concept to construction stage and will gain further experience with both new build and refurbishment projects. The job needs you to be proficient in the design of concrete, steel, timber and masonry structures and possess a sound knowledge of current design standards and working practices.

Typical projects value up to 20m and they work with both private enterprises and public bodies such as Local Authorities, Universities and Schools. This role comes with a lot of autonomy, so experience of running and managing your own jobs is mandatory.

This is an ideal role for someone with 3 years' experience looking to make their next step in the industry and join one an extremely well run family feel Consultancy.
