MANE are recruiting for a Stores Person, to join a leading Aerospace organisation in the Waterbeach area. The role will be a 6 month rolling contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position after 12 months.

Responsibilities:

Receiving and checking deliveries

Liaising with suppliers regarding deliveries or discrepancies

Picking products to a job card

Some lifting of product may be required in accordance with our manual handling proceduresKnowledge:

MS office - word / excel / outlook

Knowledge of product traceability, including stock history, batch numbers, certificates of conformity and work orders

Understanding and implementation of stock rotation

Good understanding of units of measure

Familiarity with relevant documentation (certificates, despatch notes etc)

Current fork lift license would be an advantage

Knowledge of transport booking, associated paperwork and couriers would be an advantage
